REQUIRES THE MIR SMART ONE PEAK FLOWMETER
The MIR SMART ONE is an innovative application that is integrated with Apple's Health app and communicates via Bluetooth Low Energy with a Peak Flowmeter (SMART ONE) designed for self-care respiratory management.
The SMART ONE system (consisting of the app and device) utilizes cutting-edge technology, similar to what is currently employed in leading pulmonary labs globally, to measure FEV1 and PEF.
The app initiates the PEAK FLOW and FEV1 measurements through the device, enabling real-time transfer of data to the smartphone during the test. An intuitive animation guides users through the test process for optimal performance.
The app compares the measured parameters from the device against preset target values configured by the user, providing a visual health indicator (green, yellow, or red) for easy interpretation of test results. Test data is automatically stored on the smartphone for future reference, allowing users to input additional information such as symptoms and notes with severity grades.
It is important to note that the app requests specific personal user data (Date of birth, Height, Weight, Gender, Population Origin) solely for calculating Peak Flow and FEV1 target values.
SHARING

<li>Users can effortlessly generate a PDF and attach it to an email with a single tap, suitable for sharing with healthcare providers or others monitoring their health condition. The user can also customize the time interval of data exported into the PDF.</li>

INTEGRATION WITH APPLE'S HEALTH APP
The SMART ONE app seamlessly integrates with Apple's "Health" app. Data sharing of personal and health information strictly adheres to Apple's guidelines to safeguard user privacy. Users have the option to grant or deny permission for SMART ONE to access or update various data within "Health."

<li>SMART ONE can write data to "Health," including Peak Expiratory Flow Rate, Forced Expiratory Volume 1sec, Height, and Weight.</li>
<li>SMART ONE can read data from "Health," encompassing Date of Birth, Sex, Height, Weight, Peak Expiratory Flow Rate, and Forced Expiratory Volume 1sec.</li>
</ul>
Upon user authorization, data sharing occurs seamlessly and automatically without requiring any specific actions from the user.
